Hence I am Generation X :) just by 12 days :)

Hmmm... does that mean you're having a birthday real soon?

I missed Gen X by 2 months.... I don't know whether that's a good thing or not. :-k

for what it's worth !

This Body Vive thing looks great to me :)

I would love to instruct it !! I'm the typical kind of guy that talks to the "older" ladies after class and winks an eye at them when they're doing a good job...

I love the "underdogs" :) and make people feel at ease !

Body attack - Body vive, super combo :)

Wonderboy I am similar to you, and I can't wait to see this program! But maybe you should consider doing BodyStep aswell...

the Les Mills Blog details that a bootcamp has just gone through so there is now a group of Australian BodyVive Trainers out there who I imagine will be a part of the various workshops. Dione Ware is the Master Trainer for it and was on the first DVD presentation, and I know she is going to quite a few of the workshops this quarter so she will be around.

I notice that currently there are rarely any 50's participating in gym classes, except perhaps yoga. This new program is timely for the global demographic shift filling up the lack of appropriate gym classes for the older group. I am sure lots of potential gym goers in that age group would like to try it out, just wonder when BV will land in Hong Kong ?

here we have Sculpt, gentle fitness and aqua classes that attract more over 50s then anyone else, this would do well

Your gym goers are lucky to have so many choices.

On the other hand, these classes may lack the benefits of a standardized or syncronized programme Les Mills is offering, the convenience of the like of attending a Body Combat class anywhere in the world it is run and that the participant is confident of every move of every track he/she learned the day before from a gym located in the opposite side of the globe. I was in Brisbane briefly last year and I had no problem at all attending BC, BP and BB classes as they were exactly as those I attended in Hong Kong. It is with that in mind I wish BV will become popular.

There are also many more reasons as to why BV will work.
