I was cruisin about the LMI website and i was looking at the profile on Mark Nu'u, and it said he was the program director for BodyStep since '94... was there another program director, or did he create  body step? :?

I'm guessing that since we're onto release 63 now that there was someone before him, but don't know who.

could be wrong here.....

i think before that it was 'step new bodies'  and was created by that original lm team of phil, emma, brett ,mike, maureen etc etc  who at the time were making up all of the aerobics programs at lesmills....jazzergetics etc

i do know that there is no such thing as bodystep release number 1. like there is for jam and combat etc...... because up until about #18 or so it was step new bodies. then i think mark took over in 1994 and it became bodystep.

my gfm has a couple of the step new bodies tapes and notes (tapes as in cassette tapes :shock: ) and it is a real treat ill tell u!

Another shameful confession....I know pretty much all of the moves to everysong....Including NAKED with the whole chair act....and no I'm not gay....straight guys can like them...can't they :oops:? And I don't mean that offensively)

yes i also remember the moves....  yesterday i was hearing the last concert they show in TV.... (at earls court in london) and i was listening STOP (live) and Who Do You Think YOu Are live in Istambul.....
