It's so funny the different opinions..........considering BC21 is my least fav of D&R, and Kickstart my Heart is one of my fav tracks.

:) that's what makes the world an interesting place right? different tastes and opinions :)

My participants threatened to walk out if I ever play Kickstart my Heart again.... seriously. They HATE it! Hated it when we launched it and it got worse every time we taught it.......

I had to vote for 16... it was my favorite ever... From the first to the last music... Simply full energy!!!

Yup!!!  From the 1st to the last song... great energy!  I miss the "Feuer Frei" cool :?: down, which we did more than the "Always" one.

A close second was 23, then a toss-up between 20 and 22.

I'm just crazy about O Sole Mio!!!!!!! We sometimes ask our instructor to do that one, everyone loves it.
I'm between 20, 23 and 24, can't decide...

15, going down in history as one of the best releases eva (next to BC24)!

Release 16 is where the sound effects disappeared, and we got bombarded with techo....

Absolutely agree.

I felt that 16 lacked power due to the removal of the sound effects.

And I know it's only my opinion but I thought that "The Whistle Song" utterly sucked - and was massively irritating to boot.

O solo mio was brilliant - Feeeeeuupp Bash Bash Dush Kccthhh!!

The reason for this was that I had just completed the bodypump course. The performance part of the course, plus the instructional on the combat DVD, really motivated me and gave me lots of ideas for combat. I ran the whole release as one complete story, with each track linking to the next and everyone loved it.

Hi all
bc23 is great
I´ve done it here in Portugal too with Dan and Rachel
But for me definitly bc25 is the best ever
I´ve had the luck of doing it a week ago with Rachel in Portugal but not just because of that
bc25 is very enegertic, and creates a great "oriental" atmosphere!!!

BodyCombat 22. Simply because that was when I really started to love BC. Having done BC20 and BC21 earlier, and me and my sister whining about the lack of energy and variation in BC21 and thinking the new choreographer's would bring the program down, and now doing this... amazing. I still remember the first three tracks so well, on launch day. Kickstart My Heart has been my favourite BodyCombat-track ever since then. Me and my sister did a thumbs-up after that one and my sister said, after If I Were You, "wow, a warm-up where I actually get warm!". We both also loved The 6th Gate. :D It's still my favourite Muay thai-track.

ah the memories. *wipes tear*

Well about this poll.. for a BC fan is kinda difficult don´t u think so??? Been doing BC for the last 4 years.. and I can says I love almost all the mixes, specially from 5 to 10, but I can tell u the last 5 are just amazing!!! I think every mix has it own atmosphere, but with these 5 you can even touch it!!
So I´ll go for 23.. 6th gate rules!!!!!

BC 16 was the best for me (I started at release 10 and stopped at 16; have done once or twice releases 17, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 25).
