Here's a chance to share inspirational, funny, feeling and emotional cues.
Of the only class I've done, the instructor we had was very passionate, but so passionate that he just made me and my friend laugh!
He would say "oh this class has meant SO much to me, you guys have just been so awesome, you've REALLY touched a spot deep in my heart"

Carpe Diem - Sieze the day and add more resistance!
Life is short, add resistance and make it longer!
If you hate me, then add more resistance. -- Must be done during a really hard track (Song 5 RPM 24, or Song 3 RPM 23, etc..) especially when you have all the members looking like they would like to kill you
Adding resistance is not the only thing, it's EVERYTHING!
Adding resistence may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without adding that resistence.
Would you like me to share more....?

Shane at the Lodge in Adelaide always makes me laugh, when we finish the last really hard track and he says "what's that smell?", you see people looking around and then "he says - it's FAT BURNING!!!" Cracks me up everytime.
He always tells us we are Awesome 8) and after an RPM class I think we are too. Gotta love the Shane! What a guy!

I think it could be Greg. Greg has such a dry wit. He usually ends with "If you enjoyed the class, my name is Greg, if you didn't enjoy the class my name is Julie". I think an instructor that has a sense of humour is a real bonus, especially when you are doing such a high intensity class.
PS Greg plays air guitar pretty well.
If it isn't Greg then it's an instructor that I haven't had yet.

My husband's motivations are always the one's that make me push harder:
Winners never quit
Show me how awesome You really are
etc etc
But the funniest one - I have to say - was during an RPM class when the instructor yelled out - military style:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - TURN THAT DIAL UP A LIL' BIT MORE!!
Lucky it wasn't a hill/mountain climb - otherwise I would have completely lost it.
