Cause their only one Melissa at Intensity we all call her Mel. She's been away from a while and I miss her classes.
With motivation she and Simon are the best. I've got a lot to live up to when I start teaching.

To be honest, I've only team taught with her in combat once, and I can barely remember what she was like except we had a LOT of fun together! She was the one who gave me my first ever combat class, and also the one who gave all the gyms my phone number
Why has she been away? I haven't seen her for AGES. Say "hi" to her for me when you see her next!
PS: guys, feel free to ignore us and jump in with "inspirations" at any time!

I actualy have no idea, she left before I started back (after my ankle injury) I was told she was going to be away for 6 weeks. The girl we have now is good but doesn't have the same energy as Mel so u really see the difference. Mel just makes u laugh.
I just remebered another one....
Since we only have one guy that does the classes (23 I think) he's about the same age as the rest of us that do it at nights, anyways when we do the rolling on the floor one she loves saying to him 'You could get lucky mate'
hehe
the rest of us girl that dance near him couldn't stop laughing.

Most of my cues just dribble out (must learn to think before I speak), but I do have a few favourites
With a shimmy or any butt shaking tracks, "shake it till they fall off - mine have!!" (umm, yes, I am challenged in the chest department and have a rather small bottom too!)
And I'm good friends with Melissa, bet you're glad to have her back at Intensity. Unfortunately she's not at the Lodge anymore but she'd love to read the feedback you've given her. I must give her this website address!!

oh she left the lodge did she? Any particular reason?
The sad old reason of timetable changes. Her old jam class is now a balance class.

Clever girl!!! A mutual friend sent me the link, glad she did, you've done an awesome job. And yes, it was me on crutches, I was on them so long they had to be surgically removed! Snapped my patella in half in October, have had a couple of lots of surgery and maybe more to come (cortisone injection on Monday - OUCH!!) Have only been back teaching jam and pump for two weeks, still not strong enough for combat yet.
