I really love this one: it's the perfect line to convince people to try a BA class once....

my first post :)

When we're welcoming newbies, we sometimes ask them to gather in the middle of the room so there won't be blood stains everywhere, but only on that spot

I wonder if instructors and participants of other les mills programs ever tried BA. I´m RPM. BP, BC and BA instructor and I can tell for sure:
IF YOUR TALKING ABOUT INTENSITY AND CHALLENGE....
YOU´RE TALKING ABOUT BODY ATTACK !!!!

the Plyo track on BA50 is just TEEMINg with opportunity for inspirational cues! I tell my people. to fire those pistons, pump some more coal in the boiler and work it til it falls off (not apart.. distinct difference :))
Every tool is a weapon, if you hold it right.

you'll come to see... i'm getting stronger....

I have done both several times, and I must say Bodystep is challenging but Bodyattack is a killer!  Much hard than Bodystep!

A by culture limited one for the dutchies:

When doing heeljacks,...cueing the arms as 'bow & arrow'...."denk KlukKluk...KlukKluk van de boogschieterij zijn.."

I know, it is weak...but actually funny when you hit your particiapnts with it by suprise.. :-D

i saw this awhile back, don't know where - just wanted to say a thank you to the poster: it was about high fiving all the participants on the way out as a great connection/positive reinforcement thing. i think my members really enjoyed that since i've never seen any other instructor in our club do it! any other ideas like that?

during track 9 i was thinking of something like

"don't worry, if you pass out, we'll call a cab"
or "if you die trying, we'll call your family"

But maybe thats a bit too "extreme" ?

allthough thats what i like about BA so much, the feeling of "if i go any further, i'll just drop dead right here on this floor" :-D :-D
