omg, I had a great cue that popped into my head when I was teaching this morning!

how often, when you're teaching the back track, and you have the locust, where you lift just the legs...........and people have their legs too high? or a bend in the knee?

In the past, I've used stuff such as "try this test, bend your ankle, and if you can't feel floor with your toes then you're too high"............etc

but that is a tiring long way around it, and usually within 10 secs, many people revert back to doing it wrong.

Today, I said "try lifting your knees without lifting your feet"

wow..........the effect was amazing!

For the last bb release, with the tai chi warmup, while doing the bow and arrow in a very soft serious voice say:pull the bow and shoot the arrow -aim for your ex's heart!! - ouch - it's evil but funny and participants really get into it.
wide legged forward fold, say: did i mention we have hidden cameras in here?
or:
what a gorgeous view from here
and with the downdog:
stick your bum up to the skies, no'one's watching...only me....hehehe
or:
