omg, I had a great cue that popped into my head when I was teaching this morning!
how often, when you're teaching the back track, and you have the locust, where you lift just the legs...........and people have their legs too high? or a bend in the knee?
In the past, I've used stuff such as "try this test, bend your ankle, and if you can't feel floor with your toes then you're too high"............etc
but that is a tiring long way around it, and usually within 10 secs, many people revert back to doing it wrong.
Today, I said "try lifting your knees without lifting your feet"
wow..........the effect was amazing!
