I've been thinking about what to do in 2011 and pump is one of the options.

So yesterday I participated in my first pump class since 62 I think. I went light only to find that most of my weight selections were still more than the instructor, who was a guy around myself.

However my main focus was on what instructing pump was about

Congrats mike! You gonna do the pump training? Once you train in one program, it rarely stops there :)

When I first read the title I was wondering for a second if you meant Mike Mcsweeney :)

No idea what happened to Mike Mcsweeney. A while back he was doing some classes in Sydney, but he seems to have disappeared

I'm thinking about doing pump training. I recognised a couple of minor faults and feel it will take about 5 participation's to address them.

Well this is going nowhere, I've only attended 2 pump classes, the second one was the latest release, so I got an idea of what had changed from my day.

I'm snowed under with RPM classes, that the best I can do is do some weights after the classes. However I have identified my challenge points, so I can put a bit of focus on those.

Good luck Mike!
What is it about you that if you lost it, you would no longer be who you are?
