Hi all
Couple of things have been buggin me with doign Body Pump
1. Is there any reason why the tricep and bicep tracks are not done AFTER the shoulder track?
2. Also whats the purpose of doing a million pushups (ok im exaggerating a little) in a shoulder track routine?
Doesnt the pushups concentrate on the chest muscle as its primary target and triceps as the secondary? Both of which we have worked out already?
