Umm, the title says it all.
Which Bicep tracks to you like, or do your members seem to enjoy and/or request?

I think it's the track I struggle with the most when it comes to mixing. I enjoy doing the track, but none of the songs jump out at me. (except Pink, but I've done it to death)

I only have from 61 onwards, plus some random older ones. Someone did ask for "The Cowboy one" but I don't have it. I assume it is the Save a horse song that they meant. :)

Ok, I am not a regular pumper, but.... can't help but love:

- Nod Your Head - Will Smith
- Galvanise - The Chemical Brothers
- Flaunt it

But I think they are all pre 61??

I do have Nod ya Head, so I'll start there. Thanks Shane.

Flaunt it is a good song in Attack. I think I need to fill up my Pump back catalogue, but now is probably not the time.

omg galvanise, my most hated track ever!

I love your other choices though Shane.

Another old time fav of mine, from the days of Nod ya head, is Somewhere I Belong from BP 50.

If you wanna cause a bit of pain, do the Christmas bicep track. Forget which release right now and too tired to look it up. I know there's others, will have to have another look at my collection....

I did "Time To Move" from BP59 last night. They all got through it (which is a sign of a 'liked' Bicep track Posted Image ).

But I do like to teach "Pump It" from BP57 as well. I send them into the waves on a surfboard - so much imagery to be had Posted Image

well as a participant I HATE 'Walk this way' because it has about a gazillion singles at the end and I just can't make it to the end without losing all feeling in my arms!!
I like 'Save a Horse, Ride a cowboy' - that's a fun track
"people who think they know everything really annoy those of us who do"

Spirit In The Sky is 56 Christmas bonus. Other most popular tracks:

- Pump It (57)
- Car Wash (54)
- Gonna Make You Sweat (56)
- Somewhere I Belong (50 - very slow tempo, quite nice for a change)
Do what you like.
Like what you do.

At FF Campbeltown I did a causal class some months back (April-May?) and they played a cover of Green Days "Know your enemy" during the bicep routine. Havent heard it since anywhere. Is this song still available for instructors to use?

Since im here the current bicep routine is a killer, lots of bottom halves, tops halves and then singles, no break *ouch*

That would depend whether the club payed the license to PPCA... When released (BP 72) times were different.

Umm, top halves in BP 76? And no break? Don't think so. ;)

Yes, like chipmunks on a bad acid trip. And they covered it badly so the lyrics and the beat down match up.
No matter how you do it, it feels like you're wrong.
