Hi, if I can just drag up this rather than starting a new topic, there are several track names I'm looking for if anyone can help me?
The first one is an aerobics one, very rocky with the words I can see you or something similar.
The second is a 4th track with 2 sets of run forward shuffle and run back building up into running forward with high knees and lunges and finishing with a set of double and single lunges on the spot.
Also the pressups one with "summertime" in it, with rotating planks and two press ups.
The last one is a power track that repeats the phrase "run to the beat".
Just finally the song for #4 in BA51 I've tried to find it online with no luck. Does anyone know the original song/ original artiist?
Thanks for any help - I know that's a lot!

Could it be "What is the question" form release 61?

I don't remember shuffles, but I think it finishes with double and single lunges.

Just like Paradise says "Jump to the beat, rock to the beat" a lot of times
I have no idea about a push-up track with Summertime or rotating planks or that aerobic track, sorry.

Hi, listened to them last night. It's definately Whine Up and Just like Paradise.
The plyo one isn't "The question is...".
I think it starts with 6 knee repeaters, then run forward and shuffle twice, then run forward and lunge 4times (twice or three times) then run forward with high knees (2/3 x) then double lunge on the spot and single lunge on the spot. That's about as accurate as I can make it.
Can't remember the exact excercises for the aerobic one, just that it had star jumps, superman, standard moves really for 3. Can only remember the tune and the words something like "I can see you".

I missed a batch of BA releases, so I was struggling to suggest any songs for some of those you've requested, but this one could possibly match "Apache rocks the bottom" from BA58?

I'm glad you found the song! Yeah the attack versions are quite often very very different to the originals, mainly cuz of the BPM. Attack has such a fast beat that they need to speed up and remix most songs.
From memory I think the Scooter version was called "Rock Bottom" and I thought it was kinda a hash up of 2 different songs? Dunno, I can't remember now

I believe its name is Bad Day. It's from BA 56 and it features pendulum swings on the spot.
We do it currently in the mixes.
Nice cheesy song!
