You are not going to believe what we've got in store for you this time! The music in BODYCOMBAT 43 is a lot more upbeat and has more Top 40 this time to help you get through the workout. The choreography is simple and flows easily from track to track. The release can be described as heaps of fun with exciting sequences and a brand new move.
However, don't let this fool you. We can tell you from first-hand experience that this is one hardcore Mixed Martial Arts endurance workout!
And here's some shocking news - BODYCOMBAT 43 has no recovery tracks! Why? Because we want you to get even fitter. You will be seriously challenged, but stay with the fight - the benefit is that you'll get into phenomenal shape.
This release opens doors for new and modern Martial Arts to be welcomed into the BODYCOMBAT family. Try out your skills with the Shoot to take the fight from standing to the ground in Track 4. This move will help you push over your opponent while giving you a burning leg workout at the same time.
Guess which blockbuster film inspired Track 6? Just watch out for that Back Kick section - it's gonna hurt, but this ain't no time for 'parlay'.
Once we've Overloaded the shoulders in Track 8, your new conditioning move, the Tripod Push Up, will have you begging for mercy, making you totally appreciate the extended Cooldown.

So, who's done the new release? What are people's thoughts?
We haven't launched yet in Wellington, but have done about 1/2 the release a couple of times.
Am impressed with tracks 4 and 6. Both a very high work rate

I've done the release a couple of times and done most of the tracks 3-4 times
2 things I noticed with this release were 1 - No Scooter Tracks, 2 - no tracks borrowed from BP or BA (someone will correct me if I'm wrong)
Warmup all ok, back fist & Karate punch included in warmup
T2 - Great track - much prefer the 'rock' tracks , very simple chorry but effective
T3 - fantastic track - your shoulders will be 'dead' after this track
T4 - cool new move here, really works your legs
T5 - actually liked this one, not too hard, not too easy
T6 - EPIC! I didn't think there would ever be a T6 as good as BC40, but this one is very close 2nd or maybe even a 1st equal
T7 - WOAH YEAH..... didn't think it was very original of D&R to re-use a track from an earlier release, but it works great - not the most challenging of Muay Thai tracks, but you will need energy for T8
T8 - OMG!! if you think your shoulders were 'dead' after T3, wait til you do 128 jab crosses - this one killed my arms!
T9 - new push up move, but apart from that all ok
T10 - enjoyed the music to this track
music & chorry wise I think this is a fantastic release!
/ =D^ O:)
