Have been teaching it for awhile now and starting to mix out next week. I've really enjoyed this release!

I've done it as a participant about 5 times now and although it is a good release, I don't think it is as strong as BC40
I love T2, 4, 5, 9 & 10 though

The Edinburgh QW has been fully booked for months - and due to the bloody militant postal workers strike - I have not received my DVDs or CD yet - most did-chuffed.

Wow thomasen, that's fantastic to hear how well Combat is doing in your neck of the woods :-D Very inspiring!

I am doing a "launch-type" class this Saturday with another instructor for a gym that's bringing in Combat. In some respects, it's very exciting, but in other respects, it's very daunting! Hoping that we absolutely "nail" it and participants love it!

We don't launch until next week - we're a bit behind the rest of the world over here

I'm feeling excited about it but a bit dubious about some of the combos: hook>roundhouse in T2 and the slight loss of stance directionality for the kick kata in T6....plus I loved the original Ballroom Blitz from many moons ago!

Yeah, the hook/roundhouse combo never seemed to flow well. I had to really cue that well from the beginning.

Have only just mixed out Ballroom Blitz. The participants absolutely LOVED it. I used to see the sweat fly from their foreheads. Combination of simple moves and upbeat music I think. I was worried that participants may find that song a bit 'lame', but they got right into it right from the start.

i think 40 is better than 41 in alot of ways,i didnt get the feel of the workout i get from 41 comparing when i did 40.
not sure where but i think it's the kicking part.
