Hi there,

Just curious if the beats per minute are included on the CD info...I'm not sure why they would be though.

Any idea what the BPMs are for the different tracks?

No, they're not listed on anything the Instructor gets. I am curious about it too though.

Ages ago I wondered if they had a set BPM for each track, but I don't think they do. I know it certainly feels like we do turn-steps slower or faster depending on what song they have for track 3.
