Hi, I was at a class last night and the insttructor is mixing things up a bit with older tracks. We split the room and did jumb jabs, ran back and then met in the middle for body blips then 8 alternate jabs followed by a section of jump lunges, first double then single - torture!!!

The song has a very catchy chorus with a female singer there is a 'la la la la la la la' in it but thats all I can remember and I forgot to ask the instructor.

Any ideas what it is?

Cheers

Michelle

Sounds like "Don't you wanna feel" by "Rogue Traders" - BC36

It is a split room track with pylo lunges.

It's one of my favourite tracks. Coming out of the single plyo lunges straight into high-knee running on the spot lets you know that your legs have been working :)

Haha :) Actually took me a second to think what a "body blip" was too!
