Hi Everyone,

Well as human impact on the environment becomes of increasing concern, I thought I should try to support companies that produce sportswear for the environmentally and ethically conscious. Here is the amazing solution:

http://www.greenappleactive.com/

I have just ordered 3 tops and 2 pairs of pants which arrived last week. The bamboo fabric is so soft and durable and great for sport. The designs I think are particularly nice for Balance/Pilates/Yoga instructors. On top of that, bamboo is know for being hypoallergenic, easily regrows with less enviro damage than cotton and even ANTIBACTERIAL!! My fave!!

Fair enough, the carbon footprint from ordering from an overseas company isn't great, but I feel better knowing that a 5 year old in Thailand wasn't slaving to make this gear.

GIVE IT A GO!!

Cheers,
Tilley

Hey Tilley,

Thanks for the link. Gee the clothes look great! Have just had a quick look and will have a better look on Saturday (when I have a bit more time).

Yeh - Men's wear is a bit limited....I think they got a bit ahead of themselves there! Hopefully something comes out in the new range for Spring (their Autumn) though!

Just washed the lot for the first time and there was no colour fade so the organic dyes must be pretty good!
