BodyAttack 65 is about challenging yourself and your members and providing enough options so everyone can achieve their personal best! The music will keep your energy levels high and you'll be moving continuously with hits from Fall Out Boy, Vanessa Hudgens and Lady Gaga. Thats Not My Name provides the perfect energy for track 2. This track has something for everyone with numerous options for both beginners and advanced members. You'll be on fire in track 3 with a huge amount of energy coming from big moves and big music. You'll reach your first peak with the new squat jump in track 4, Tubthumping, before hitting the upper body with the walking back and forward plank in track 5. This is a different way of conditioning the core and shoulder girdle stabilisers with gentle lengthening of the hamstrings as you move backwards and forwards. Sing along to Rhythm of the Night in track 6 while getting up close and personal with your members as the class comes together on the floor for the Running track. Theres work to be done in Track 7! Welcome on the tennis court! Be light and lifted jn the run and low and strong in the bounces, like you're waiting for a serve! Track 9 is challenging with the energy pumping all the way from start to finish but you'll be motivated to keep at it with the aptly named Jump. An awesome peak for an awesome result!

Sounds like fun! LOVE Rhythm of the Night, will be interesting to hear the mix of That's Not My Name, and which Jump it is since there are so many! Love they say the new 'squat jump' move in track 4, although we seem to have had many variations of something like this in previous releases. Guess we will see! Bring on the Super Workshop in Sydney on Sunday, I'm sure doing this release with Lisa and the team will make it memorable anyway! :D/

Yay for commando crawl again. Wasn't it said on the DVD that we'll see this move in all the other programs next quarter? I remember someone joking about it.

Was lucky today to get a bit of a preview of some of the tracks for BA65 with one of the BA presenters today - won't spoil it but it is AWESOME!! Great music, some cool moves (plus the return of an old favourite).

There is full run through of the new release on Friday evening - I know I should wait till Sunday but I want to do it again! It is that awesome!!

What's more irritating in internet than these terrorists? Those who spam, distribute viruses and tries to make everyones life harder just for their own gain. We don't need that kind of people in this world. I don't understand why anyone symphatises them.

Yes. Consider what you say before you tar all our friends from the Russian Federation with the same brush. Without all the facts, you don't know why the messages are appearing. For all you know, there is a virus of some sort on a 12 year old girl’s PC in Finland creating the problem, and she has no idea what it’s doing or where it came from.

The administrators are aware of the issue and I’m sure they will deal with it as appropriate.

I wasn't talking about ALL the Russians, just those who does these scams. And the URL points to Russia, that's why I mentioned it.

Sorry about my language, this just pisses me off :(

Can we all please get the discussion back on topic.

TP your original post was deleted, we dont need that language on here.

I understand and respect that we all have our opinions and thoughts on the topic, however this is not the correct thread for it. There is a place for everything, and it is a touchy subject as it is. Everyone, please take your discussion elsewhere unless it is related to the original topic. Any further posts in here unrelated to the original topic will be deleted. Any problems, PM me. Thankyou

As has been mentioned, the moderating team are aware of the issue and are dealing with it.

YEAH, love this release! Went off even at 8am in the morning with Lisa, Nate (who is moving to Melbourne! :) and the crew, volume of the participants was enough to wake Sydney up.

Talk about a hard track 4! Bring back the hardcore, this is great! :D/

yes, but under our forum rules, we cannot hand the tracklists out until the full round of workshops has finished, and the list posted in the relevant section of the website. Makes it a nice suprise for everyone *g* Sorry!

After putting it off for faaaar too long, I learned the *evil* track 4 today. I must say, I felt a little vomitty sick when I had to do it at gear 4 :-& But I don't know whether that was the coffee I'd mainlined half-an-hour previously, or the fact I went through Combat at high intensity an hour before. Whatever it was, this track is hardcore

Launched this last night. Other instructor and I decided our "fitness magic" finish for track 4 would be falling onto the floor and gasping for breath. Actually, it wasn't "fitness magic", we DID fall on the floor gasping for breath

Had some feedback for the class, long-time participant told us it wasn't any harder than any other release - !! Although, she did take an extended drink break after tracks 3, 4, 8, and 9!! Yes, I'm very jealous!

How has everyone elses launches gone? I've got another one for Attack on Saturday.

I launched on Sunday. It was my last BodyAttack class for a while :(

It is a good all round release I think. Track 2 song bugs me, but it is quick and the chorrey is ok. Love 3 and 4 and 5.
Lady Gaga is a good way to finish.
I didn't do track 9 (another instructor was launching with me but didn't show and I didn't know it well enough, plus I wanted to finish with a favourite.) It's the only song I don't really like on this release.

People seemed to enjoy it, and they certainly worked hard. Although I don't know if you can do Attack and not work hard, unless you have a serious case of bludging.
