I am too lazy to type it out this second, but the Revolution is online on the LMAP website.

The focus in BODYBALANCE® 45 is on breathing and letting go. There are plenty of options to enable you to really enjoy the class and experience it with your mind and body. You’ll love the fresh, new music which includes Jem, O.A.R., Pink and Dido. You’ll feel like you’re doing Tai Chi in the park in the warmup to Moby’s Hyenas. We set up the leg pattern in the first sequence then add in fluid, relaxed arm movements. Track 2 is a little different with the first two Salutations like warmups with a simple flow before progressing – rising into Warrior 1. The challenge in Track 3 is to use only the muscles you really need. The drama comes during the chorus of Snow Patrol’s Crack The Shutters when you rise to Sun Warrior. Evolve further into your poses – the Aeroplane, Eagle Pose and Star Pose – in Track 4, before focusing on the best alignment to maximise flexibility in Track 5. A long Frog Pose finishes the track. We use PNF stretching which is a combination of passive stretching and isometric contractions designed to increase flexibility more rapidly. Track 6 is fun! There’s a great sequence of Pilates moves which will ensure your core gets a tough workout. Look forward to new move the Seesaw in Track 7 which strengthens the muscles that stop you slouching. Twisting to James Morrison’s You Make It Real and Beyoncé’s Ave Maria is a real treat – look out for the new extension in our Lunge Twist. To finish the class, your body is relaxed from the outside inwards, then energy is restored with breath from the inside out.

After three weeks teaching this release I can't get into tai chi either, but it isnt't the timing. I just don't get into it. Usually can't wait for it to be over. The rest of the release I love. Most favourite is the back track. oh and the twist track and the hamstring track. Love the way you finish on the floor for last track and half. Leads so well into meditation. Love the sun sals, love the leg track, don't mind the balance even if my balance is shot after that leg track. Hips are great. very effective. Love the music for all of the tracks, not even one I don't like. Not sure about ab track. Probably say its ok, good song.

Re: timing in the warmup.
Is it me or is the crew on the dvd completely off in the timing?
They seem to start the moves 2 cnts later, which fits the violin bit in the music but it feels weird!
That said, I love this release... The feel is very different from the last one, which is always good, and there are quite a few challenges scattered throughout.

Yeah, I thought the presenters were a little off the beat, which is why I couldn't get the timing right. It wasn't until I stopped watching the DVD and just started learning from the music that I got it correct.
Perhaps it's an audio problem on the DVD. I have also found that different accoustics in different gyms make me feel as though I'm moving off beat as well, but I'm not.

I've never heard so many groans after the end of track three. The instructor mentioned to the newbies that each pose has a different name. How true; track three goes from 'ouch' into 'aaargh' and then 'omfg my quads' and then 'it's finally over - what do you mean there's more tracks?'.
I love it

I love this new release i find the warm up to be my favourite track as i like the song and moves, I find the timing to be ok with it so i don't have any problems there. Track 2 is very different but we always like a new challenge and i think this one is brilliant with changes after first 2 rounds. Track 3 is very sore but again challenging and brilliant. Track 4 is a peaceful song and i bet we all used to have posters of westlife??
I tend to sing along sad i know  I'm loving track 5 with the music and the members are definately feeling it in there hips. Another great track is the abdominals its a sore track but totally worth it in the end. Track 7 is different but good, I do struggle with the seesaw move (due to restrictions in my back) but i just do a lower option and luckily i have members that can demonstrate the higher options better than me. Track 8 is beautiful the music is flowing and the moves are cool. Finally hamstrings are short i think as i feel as soon as you start its over which is sad really as i like hamstrings. Overall this is another great release and the members are loving it so far and i enjoy teaching it.
The worst person for blonde moments, so beware!
