Just wanted to comment really.

I have only recently started to do Body Attack and i have to say, what an awesome class....i totally love it!!

Only trouble is the time that i can do Attack is on a Thursday, which is my only day off from exercise so can only really do it every other week or something so i get a rest.

Looking forward to doing the new release this Sunday though!! O:) O:)

I love Attack too, and my only days off from the gym are Wednesdays and Fridays. There's an Attack class on Wednesday evenings that I *need* to take so I can practice before submitting my video, but I can't always make it to class. I have to run errands sometime - I work full-time PLUS teach most evenings at the gym (as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings). Life gets in the way sometimes!

I really wish my gym would add Attack to the GF timetable, but with 5 LM programmes running already I think it's doubtful. I did Attack a couple of times a few years ago at my old gym, but they cancelled it due to low numbers :(

That's a bit of a shame David :(

Sometimes I don't think that gyms give new programs a fair go. I know most gyms I work at, group exercise is not pushed at all, it just 'exists'. If a class is slowing in numbers, all the GFMs just 'red-flag' it and basically say nothing, until, pooff, gone within a week.

I think you're right. I remember the launch of BA being fully booked (people were literally grapevining into each other lol), but the numbers started to dwindle soon after and the GFM cancelled the programme within a couple of months. I did make some suggestions around marketing the programme, but they unfortunately went unheard. I think what killed it was one of the instructors, who made the suggestion that BA was dangerous (they injured themselves through poor technique). I suppose it never stood a chance of succeeding, and I haven't done it since.

I do have to admit that I haven't lost any sleep over the prospect of never doing plyometrics again :)
