Hey there,
I was searching this site looking for eco-friendly yoga mats (which they have and are great!) and stumbled across this really amazing book which I think will be really useful for Balance instructors. As those of us that have done training will know, Balance is based upon Hatha yoga and the sequence in which we do the tracks comes from this style.
Here is the link to the book:
http://www.ecoyoga.c..._hatha_yoga.htm
If you go to the link on the bottom of the page where it says 'see demo' you will get a good idea of how the book is laid out. I have found this really useful because even though I have done my Cert 3 and degree in Health Sciences with tertiary anatomy and physiology, I can never remember what muscles do what!!
If anyone else knows of any good books for yoga or Pilates, or even wall posters, I would be keen to know about them.
Cheers.

Oooh, thanks for the reminder! I'd seen this before -- my trainer brought it to our initial training -- but forgot to pick it up. I just ordered it!
Also, it looks like the same folks have a new book out: Key Poses of Hatha Yoga. Check out http://www.amazon.com/SCIENTIFIC-KEYS-II-P...6204&sr=8-1. I ordered that one too, and will let you know how it is.
