Has anyone ever counted which track (I am thinking Interval tracks) has the most kicks?

I am learning 64 and there seem to be quite a bit, but I have no idea of actual numbers.

I thought of TP first too. I don't think he has been Attacking for that long though - he might not have the history.

I could count, but after spending all day shoving Attack 64 into my head I am afraid any new thoughts might cause something else to spill out.
Hey Placebo, fancy a quick flight to Melbourne so I can have a launch partner tomorrow? We'd make a wonderful duo. :)

Geez Spec! You've gotta ask BEFORE I take on that fill-in Pump!

Okay, so one day, we'll really do it! Launch together that is :-,

Hey, good luck, and knock their socks off!!!

I have been meaning to make my way up to Queensland - because I want to go to the theme parks :-D (if only I stopped getting pregnant.) Maybe I can time a visit with launches. Your weather is better.
We teach a lot of the same programs I think.

I dunno either (haven't counted and don't have all my notes here in The Netherlands), but I remember an awful lot of kicks in either Total Eclipse of the Heart or No Limit or one of those old ones?

No Limit (46) and Total Eclipse of the Heart (42) are not kick intense, they have less kicks than an average interval track.

I believe "Set You Free" (51) could be near the top. If you're looking for the most intense interval track nothing can beat I Can Fly (53).
Do what you like.
Like what you do.

And as much I as I love you Spec, don't try to get me on a step!! Thousands of instructors have died (with laughter) trying you know. Now let's see, I usually release Combat on the Monday morning, Attack either a Saturday or Tuesday night, and Pump Wednesday night or Saturday morning. I'm keeping very quiet about Balance at the moment until I feel confident in my technique and coaching ability.

And for Pete's sake, stop getting pregnant will you?! Everyone knows the outcome is hazardous to mental health!! Especially when the "outcome" starts answering you back!

Now back to regular programming...

Doubtful, if they wanted to do “We Will Survive / The Great Bouzouki”
the question would probably have been posted in the BODYCOMBAT section,

not BODYATTACK ;)
a computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing

I agree that this release (64) is huge for kicks in the Interval training (having done it twice today just reinforces it for me  ).

Unfortunately for me, I don't like the music, which makes it a reeeeally looooong kick track

I like to think I'm pretty funny.

But I do admit I find the whole Attack vs Combat thing has been done to death.
