Hi All,

I am a Body Combat-aholic and on Saturday (Valentines day) we had our release day here at Les Mills in Christchurch (Ferrymead club)
An instructor (who teaches Pump, Attack, RPM and Vive) convinced us to do Vive - mainly because it was on between Pump & Jam - which we were planning to do, and because he was doing the new release.

To be honest - I kind of liked it.... It was pretty much as I expected really. It was fun, not a 'hard' work out and the music was all 1970's and 80's (no techno, dance, hip hop, or hard rock).

We don't do Vive, mainly because the classes either clash with combat, or they are on during the day (while we are at work)

But yeah - thumbs up to Body Vive! =D^

Yeah, definite thumbs up to Vive! I still haven't found a regular class that I can go along and try, so my only experience has been at the last two workshops here in Melbourne, where I got to participate :) Always lots of fun in such a big group of mostly co-ordinated people!

I do 14 classes per week and probably would do more if there were more hours in the week.

I love all of my awesome instructors, who make all of the classes so much fun.

My goal is to one day train as a Combat and / or Jam instructor.

My favourite saying is 'Go hard or go home'

I always do Vive on Saturdays because it is between Pump and Combat. I started doing it because the Gym Manager takes the class and he kept trying to get me to try it and i love it. It is not a hard class but its fun and you cant help but love the cheesey music. :-D
