As usual, like last year when I was a national trainer in the USA, got 41 in the mail, threw it in the player and went ahh, not sure if I like it, then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I rode it!!
Man, Dan and Glen really got this thing down town. Love the resistance changes, new postions and the music, when riding to it rocks as usual.
Started RPM way back on 19 and love everything about the whole dam program. Was not sure if I could ever ride after Mike the bike retired(met the man in Las Vegas, talked for hours, he's waaaaaaay cool) but then Dan the man made soo much more sense. Instead of ride as hard as you can without throwing up it makes sense, force generaton to the pedal involving as much muscle fiber as possible, and pedeal stroke, who knew there was so much to know.
I could go on, and I will in the future.
My best memory is riding with Dan and Glen in Chicago the night after the RPM trainers were the only ones left standing(or leaning in the bar).
Talk at ya all soon
