I do 14 classes per week and probably would do more if there were more hours in the week.

I love all of my awesome instructors, who make all of the classes so much fun.

My goal is to one day train as a Combat and / or Jam instructor.

My favourite saying is 'Go hard or go home'

I have decided to try RPM for the first time next thursday. I have heard that this is a very hard class, which is fine cos i love a challenge but was just curious how much harder it is compared to other classes that i do (combat, pump, jam, boxercise)? Any view / comments welcome.

Make sure you get to the class 10 mins early to talk to the instructor and get help setting up your bike properly.
The first class of anything is always hard because you don't understand where to pace yourself, what's coming up etc and you will most likely be 'saddle sore' but don't give up, you do toughen up down there. You could take your own gel seat cover if you're concerned about soreness - it may help somewhat.
In the first few classes you will most likely struggle in parts (depends on your fitness level too) , but as you go on, you'll develop better muscular stability, power and technique and learn (with the instructor's coaching - listen to what they say) when to rest, when to go for it.
It's highly addictive once you get your bike fitness up a bit and the sky's the limit for how much intensity you want to get out of the class. The magic all happens in the resistance dial.
Good luck and let us know how you go! :D/
