Could someone tell me what was the class structure before BA47? Or was it BA46 which had this new class structure in use?

1. Warmup (old BA format track 1)
2. Mixed impact (old BA format track 2)
3. Aerobic (old BA format track 3)
4. Plyometric (old BA format track 6, no split room - class must be oriented to you, i.e. to the stage!)
5. Upper body conditioning (old BA format track 4)
6. Running (old BA format track 5)
7. Agility (old BA format track 9, split the room into two halves and find the appropriate time to change sides)
8. Interval (old BA format track 7)
9. Power (old BA format track 10)
10. Lower body conditioning (old BA format track 8 + a short track for core conditioning, i.e. from BA 57 or newer)
11. Cooldown (old BA format track 12)
For more details about incorporating old BA releases into the current format, check BA 47 DVD and choreo notes.
P.S. From BA 17 to BA 45 there were 12 separate tracks. If you skip "Track 5. Stabalizers" grandnat wrote you have the exact old format structure prior to BA 46.

I think LMI officially recommend that you no longer use tracks prior to 46. Of course, there are some instructors that still do, but they don't recommend it. The tracks were choreographed differently to suit that structure. Tracks now are harder/easier to suit this format.
The matching of tracks that gepl posted was ideally just for during the transition phase, however there's enough releases now that you don't really ever need to use those old releases in your mixes.

I'm just trying to understand this old format for attack for my database at the new tracklist site on totallylesmills.com
What I can't figure out, is this format says there are 13 tracks, but almost all of the releases have only 12 tracks pre-BA46, and some in the very beginning had 14 or even 16 tracks.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

I think that list has accidentally been split.
Track 4 should be Push-ups core stabilisers, and Track 5 goes straight to Circle Cardio.
I am just going from that list though - I haven't actually looked at my little piece of paper with the format on it that I wrote ages ago.
All the old releases I know have 12 tracks. The ones with more than that must be older than I have ever seen.

These were how the tracks were described in the notes:
BODYATTACK 3
1. Warm up
2. Light cardio
3. Medium cardio
4. Circle cardio
5. Cardio
6. Press up
7. Cardio
8. Cardio
9. Circle cardio
10. Hard cardio
11. Squat
12. Butt
13. Abdominal
14. Warm down
BODYATTACK 4
1. Warm up
2. Hi/Lo warm up
3. Medium cardio
4. Medium/Hard cardio
5. Circle cardio
6. Hard cardio
7. Squat/Recovery
8. Press up
9. Medium cardio
10. Medium/Hard cardio
11. Circle cardio
12. Hard cardio
13. Squat
14. Butt
15. Abbs (sic)
16. Warm down
Interestingly, the notes for Release 5 had this to say about Release 4:
"BODY ATTACK 4
*Suggestion tor alternative structures:-
1) Auckland Structure
No 1
No 2
No 3
No 4
No 5
No 6
No 7 or 13
No 8
No 14 (Option)
No 15
No 9
No 10
No 11
No 12
No 7 or 13
No 16
2) 50 Minute class
No 1
No 2
No 3
No 4
No 5
No 6
No 8
No 9 or 10
No 11
No 12
No 13
No 14 or 15
No. 16
Note: A number of centres are omitting Butt tracks from their classes opting for a hard squat. If so the inclusion of a butt track into classes will allow more scope for variety.
If studio size is a problem with movement tracks ie:- effective diagonal, modify the track to become static or forward and back. But be careful of foot strikes if making modifications to tracks."
BODYATTACK 5
1. Low impact warm up
2. Hi-Lo warm up
3. Medium cardio
4. Medium hard cardio
5. Circle cardio
6. Hard cardio
7. Press up
8. Medium cardio
9. Hard cardio
10. Circle cardio
11. Hard cardio
12. Squat
13. Abdominals
14. Warm down
...so I guess the early releases played around with the format a bit until it evened out. I have the notes if you want to PM about them.

Little blast from the past - this is a cover of the notes to Jazzerobics. 10 points if you can identify who's in it.

And these were the lovely photocopied notes we used to work from...
