quick question,

is Chris in 46 the same guy who shadows G in 34?

I think he's also cameod on a combat and on one of the combat posters?

Hi, yes you are correct, Chris Richardson is the same guy who shadows on BJ34, team teaches on BJ36, BJ40 and BJ46

Chris also teaches RPM and BODYCOMBAT at Les Mills Auckland, as well as his fulltime job of Group Fitness Manager for the main Les Mills gym in central Auckland.
