Hi, I hope someone can help me here!
Recently I relocated to a very small town that has a gym and step equipment that no one uses. I really miss the body step class, I don't want to loose my fitness level. I was thinking that if learn the moves on my own from the video I can do the step class myself with iPod. The problem is tha I don't know where to find these videos and I don't remember the choreography :((
I hope for a good advice, I miss this class a lot.
Thanks,
Katia.

The only way to get the videos is to be a licenced instructor in a licenced gym. You could try finding a freestyle class but im afraid the only short solution is to train as an instructor. Go on; you know you want to!
Exercise the body... but dont forget the mind and soul!

Even if you could get hold of the video for step unless you have the correct version of each of the music tracks the moves will not fit as most general tracks are 3 min long where as LM music is remixed to 5 min in most cases.

You could do a search on the internet for step moves - there are some sites out there that have graphics for moves and you could put something together. Or try a general step video, I know it will not be the same but at least you would be doing something.

Why not press your gym to put on a step class - freestyle even. Might be worth a try.

Actually, I mean where you can find and download a full length step class, the one hour video? Thanks for your replies anyway!

You can't. It's only available for Instructors to purchase.
