BODYJAM™ 47 is packed with the freshest dance moves, the hottest music and – wait for it – the next revolution in Les Mills' BODYJAM™! That's right, in this release we've dropped complexity to an all–time low AND introduced advanced options of the choreography which can be added as you please. This release has two levels of complexity so you can tailor you BODYJAM™ experience to suit your members!
On this DVD you'll see two options – BODYJAM™ and BODYJAM™ +. Both versions use the same music, styles of movement and BODYJAM™ experience but one has a lower complexity option. We're giving you the best of both worlds and you choose what you use!
BODYJAM™ 47 also brings back Dance4Life – the organization that unites young people to push back HIV and AIDS. So get in behind this fantastic cause by launching a full-on fundraising effort with this release.
And you'll love the brand new Christmas bonus Groove Down. When December rolls around this year, you'll have the hippest Christmas theme in your club with BODYJAM™ 47.
So be ready to get down BODYJAM™ styles with Busta Rhymes, Usher, The Ting Tings and The Pussycat Dolls. Yeah!

Hi Guys,
This is a bit of a sore point with me. I have been teaching Bodyjam since release 27 and never missed one since. I love the programme so much and I am with Les Mills on this one. I think as instructors, we hate it when our class participants come to us and say that the tracklist is up for the next release on the internet!!! Grrrr... this really REALLY annoys me.
So imagine my frustration when I find out that the tracklist for BODYJAM 47 is available "elsewhere"
I have just launched BODYJAM 46 2 days ago, so imagine my anger when one of my 'punters' approached me after the launch masterclass to inform me of the artists and tracks on the next release!!! I would imagine that the 'official' Bodyjam instructors are the ones who are shown this first.
I have even seen the whole training DVD for release 46 posted on a Japanese website. This is so wrong, it takes the magic and shine out of what we work so hard on and what we spend a lot of money on, staying up to date. As instructors, I feel that we must hold back on a few things and not give too much away. There should always be an element of mystery surrounding the build up of each release and just lately there doesn't seem to be any.
I have emailled them and asked them to remove the tracklist for the reasons I have stated - to date they have not responded or removed it.
Hope someone at LMI is reading this!
I'm off to do Bodybalance as I need to chill out now!

Hey Hotstepper (and all other Bodyjammers),
I can appreciate the frustration especially when our keen members can bring the information to us as quickly as they have been.
The organisation in question has been made aware of their indiscretion, however as at this date they are yet to rectify the situation.
I hate to be a stickler for the rules, but until such time as the TotallyLesMills website has been updated, can I please ask that you respect the forum's rules and avoid posting links or explicit details concerning the tracklists.
Les Mills International has an agreement with www.groupfitness.org that explicitly prohibits the publishing of tracklists/ choreography etc until such time as the details are widely known throughout all the clubs worldwide via instrcutor training. This includes directions to other websites that may be displaying the information too early also.

We have just started doing BJ47 and i love it sooo much. I am finding it so much easier to get to grips with the chorry. We have only done it twice and already i am finding that i pretty much know it. I didnt like the salsa bit in 46 but love the salsa section in 47. This release rocks!!!!!!!!!!
