Wanna Be Free, BA 56.
All. Time. Favourite.
Such a powerful track - simple choreography, yet so strong, driven and driving, so many magic/performance opportunities with great lyrics and musical cues to play with and an excellent pathway to the final power peak.

"Yeah Yeah Yeah..... you got me begging you for mercy...." by Duffy
That song is so annoying - and when it came out, every radio station here (even the 'easy listening' ones) thrashed the song to death! - I can't stand it!! AAARRGGGHHHHH!

I'd never heard it before - but dislike it because of the choreography that goes with it - compared to the energy (and power) of the rest of the release, this track just didn't have any Attack fun - participants look bored with it. I'm so grateful I've never heard it on the radio. Touch wood. Eeek.

Yeah - the song has no 'balls' - it should be a more uptempo / hardcore song for attack!

Let's not forget that: it does has a training goal.
Anyway, you won't hear me complain about the music. But then again I can remember tracks a Chocolate, The Whistle song, Cherry Bomb, and last but not least Chihuahua
Back on topic (much more positive IMO): much of the early 40 tracks I really do like, Hello (Its Good To Be Back) and more recent Hairspray (so much opportunity to get everybody into their partyzone ).
In fact can't really think of a track I don't like as they all have their merits

And again...I agree, in fact my class has a great time laughing at me when I asay "oh, this one is one of my favorites" a common response......."yeah yeah Bobbi, they are ALL your favorites haha"

But it eventually grew on me, and if you ask most Combat instructors, I think you'll find it has been one of the most (if not THE most) requested track ever...

Personally, I love the energy in the track, and think it was so much fun - there was great opportunity for real performance and magic throughout, and was just really good to teach and participate in - really let loose and then be buggered for the interval track hehe
The biggest issue we had with our participants is that they're regulars for Attack going to 3 classes a week (once with me, twice with another instructor) and just got a little painful towards the end.
Choreography-wise I think it's one of my favourite agility tracks... but just over it for the moment. I'll probably end up popping it in a mix in a few months, but will give the participants a break
