Welcome to BODYBALANCE 42. This class has a wonderful flowing quality and comes together as a complete package that's greater than the sum of its parts. You'll love getting lost in the beautiful music and the huge variety of moves and poses. They provide a challenging workout for the body and soothing, liberating therapy for the mind and spirit. Moya Brennan's fabulous love theme from the movie The Last Of The Mohicans opens the class, creating a T'ai Chi Warmup that's perfect for bringing you out of your day and into your body. The Shiva Salutation in the Sun Salutations is an expansive, warming experience where you are fully immersed in breath and movement, and you'll find new alignment in your poses in our Standing Strength Track, performed to a gutsy, lyrical song from the Sugababes' new album. Setting a strong foundation is the key to the challenging, but really rewarding, Balance Track, and a smooth sensual song from Delerium helps you surrender into the Hip Openers. A highlight comes with the Forward Bends. You'll love the song Sleep from Conjure One, and the flow of the moves. BODYBALANCE 42 takes the program to a new space with something for everyone. So get ready for something special!

Thanks for the tracklist Mel!!
Just went on Youtube to have a listen to some of the songs I don't recognise - the Sun sals song is gorgeous!! I thought track 3 was a bit soft but the chorus is really strong, I hope it is good chorey to match!!

I've heard 42 is really beautiful, I can't wait!!

BodyBalance 42 is fantastic! I thought 41 was amazing but 42 is better!

I saw it at the quarterly 2 weeks ago, and last week one of our national trainers asked me to replace her club so I had to speedlearn 42...

Can you imagine? First time to teach a new class and replacing a trainer... i was so nervous.

But, I was amazing, the members were excellent and 42 felt so amazing to teach...

Stupid thing is that now I have to wait 3 weeks before we release...since the trainers club is ahead so they already have 42 but the normal clubs only release in some weeks...

Dan!

We've held back the launches this quarter due to some major renovations in the club... Now we're all ready to go, and the launch class has been set and advertised. This will be amazing to teach, and may I say, it feels like it's possibly the best flowing class since BB32! (Although, I was partial to release 40).

Yess!!

At the moment I can only give feedback from the perspective of a participant since I'm not currently teaching at the moment. I really did not enjoy the last release and I didn't know if it's because I'm struggling physically at the moment, or cuz I'm participating in classes in another language. However I finally did BB42 the other night and I LOVED IT. It reminded me of everything I missed about balance.

When I did "Sleep", it made me feel like Conjure One always makes me feel. This release is just beautiful.........it's going to help me get back into it all again :)
