I can relate to that Shane... sometimes during the cool down or even the ab track I've let the odd one off, but yesterday morning during 'Party Non Stop' Muay thai track I was farting uncontrolably... especially with all those knees - it just set me off.... then I remembered that my wife & I had been to an Indian Restaurant the night before!

This is not a combat blooper, but a really good Pump one!
The other night, our instructor was half way through the shoulder track, and she yelled "Everyone to the Bar!" (instead of everyone grab your bar).
It was a fairly warm afternoon / evening and the Air cond wasn't working properly, so going to a bar sure was tempting!! *L* :-D

An extract from my blog, this all happened yesterday:

I team taught a special mix with a college and our theme was Street Fighter. I had a belt on those jeans and it was really making life miserable for me in the warm-up, so after the upper body warm-up I stood up to put the jeans back in place and the others and the other instructor bent over to stretch (it was the Cascada warm-up from 38). She looks at me as I unhook my belt and hook it again to fasten it and she looks like she's about to burst out in laughter. I didn't think more about it so we carried on. Afterwards, she told me what made her laugh: I had told her that the stretch at the beginning of Because The Night is funny cause she sings "Take me now baby, here as I am" at the same time as you bend forward. And there I was, standing slightly behind her unhooking my belt while she does that stretch and the girl sings those lyrics! Oh my god, I was crawling on the floor with laughter when she told me!!

Anyway, to make matters worse, I had a little hole in the jeans between my legs. We did the conditioning track from BC32 - Here I Come, which has side-kicks while on the floor on your elbows and knees. She was next to me, me kicking toward her, and I just wanna be a bit funny so I tell her: "Don't look at the hole" .......................................... Oops ................................... That sounded INCREDIBLY wrong and I was not the only one to notice, cause I was not the only one starting laughing. So I tell them: "I mean, I have a hole in my pants!!!" in desperation. So when I stop laughing some seconds later, it doesn't end there, noooo.... I, without thinking, say: "Does anyone feel it in their butt!?" and wow... I really, really had to not laugh there cause I didn't want them to label me pervert!! But afterwards, me and the college laughed in our locker room for minutes at these happenings!!!!

I was wondering if any instructors (or if you've seen other instructors) that have made a hilarious blooper, or said something completely stupid / funny out loud during combat?

I can remember a few incidents that come to mind that made me laugh

One time I was at the Saturday 9am Combat class and the instructor came out and said "Good evening everyone"..... we all laughed and he realised what he had said.

Another time we had a few new people in the class and we were going through the warmup and the instructor then said "Ok left foot forward"....then looked at one of the new people and said "Your other left foot love"

But the funniest one was when we went to do the group track one day and the instructor said "Split the room into a big circle"....... there were a few 'confused' people not knowing what to do! *L*

well having taught combat since 22 . and having a new class in front who had never done combat . there was this small woman in front of me every week . . intent on getting it right . . but this week she was on the wrong foot . . i said it 4 times . . then went up and said LEFT FOOT! . . loud . . we have been together now 2 years . . i love her . . she passed her etm 2 weeks ago and starts her combat module in oct . . so proud . . she is very good

Watch the guy in a lightbrown, long sleeved shirt and very short white shorts! Amazing commitment.

Then at 1:04 watch as the guy in black clothes with some red part loses balance during the roundhouse kick challenge! Hahahahaha!

Sorry if this comes across as mean but seriously, this is hilarious! :D

amazing just toppled over !!!!!! what a laugh

the other week one of our instructors was about to do an old T3 'eye of the tiger' and he asked the class "Who is the best Fake Boxer"? - expecting the class to say Sylvester Stallone, then one guy in the class yelled "Mike Tyson"! LOL!

Same instructor was doing 'No good' - T6 Esquive lunge kick and before starting the track said "the aim of this move is..."and I interrupted and said "to cause maximum pain to the legs"!
He actually agreed with me then proceed to preview the esquiva lunge kick. :D/
