Well today we launched BODYVIVE at my ex-gym at my hometown! I came from Sydney back to Young just to be there to launch BODYVIVE (oh and to see my family...lol). Both classes were full and I was lucky enough to teach (well shadow) the Dance Cardio track with our instructor!

It was a fantastic day with loads of purple balloons, fizzy mocktails and every fizzy lolly you could image...just to make sure that they really left FIZZING WITH ENERGY!!! It was a fantastic job and our instructor Kim did a fantastic job for the two back to back classes that she presented!

We launch BODYVIVE the 25th of March at out club.

We always do 'release sundays' it's really fun. All programs in one day.

I've to start at 9am with Step. Than it's a double Vive, Pump, Attack, Jam, Combat, Balance and of course some RPMs troughout the day.

For relase sundays all instructors are present, so we are 3 to teach Step, I think they are 5 to teach Attack, 4 Pumpers...

At our club we have an Jam and an RPM instructor that got trained in Vive, I wonder how they will present!

Dan!

How was it received by the members? I am really curious how this program takes off, as I see a large contingent of the target audience at my club.
Be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.

Sorry, just refound this post!!! Vive went off and is still going off!!! I have moved to Sydney and came back this week and Mum (who I must admit I got her hooked on) MADE me go and do Vive with her. (I personally walked out of the FILEX masterclass as I wasn't too happy...many things ranging from presenter to the choreography...but that's my opnions) and MAN!!! the participants LOVE IT!!! It's really going well and pulling in new members weekly!
