My max.
Warm-up: 5
Squats: 15
Chest: 7.5
Back: 10
Triceps: 7.5
Biceps: 6
Lunges: (I did 11 at training for my presentation. Don't think I've done it since.)
Shoulders: 6kg on bar and 5kg smiley plates. (Only done this twice since we don't have smiley plates at my gym)

Oh, those weights are one side. I only ever count one side - too lazy to think twice.

I am glad someone started this thread, otherwise I'd never keep track of how I am doing!
Some new maximums.

Warm-up: 5
Squats: 17.5
Chest: 10
Back: 12.5
Triceps: 10 (on a track with not a lot of bar work)
Biceps: 8.5
Lunges: 15
Shoulders: 10 with 5kg plates. We got the smiley plates at my main Pump gym so I am used to the now. Struggle with them for Mac Raises though.

Not huge increases over 2 years, but since I had a baby in the middle of that time, most of those increases have been in the last few months.

Ah I'm embarrassed with my weights now. I'm not even going to look back at what I used to lift. 3 classes back into pump again (and getting easier each time).

Current weights each side:

warmup 2.5kg
squats 2.5kg
chest 2.5kg
back 3.5kg
triceps 2.5kg or 1kg weights
biceps 2.5kg (don't even feel this track, but no point in unbalancing my weights....and need a rest somewhere!)
lunges none
shoulders 2.5kg or 1kg weights

hmmm........can only go up!

Here's where I am. Started doing pump 3 days a week in March of 2006. Currently...

Warmup - 10kg (is there ever a reason to go higher here?)
Squats - 50kg
Chest - 35kg
Back - 25kg
Triceps - 20kg
Biceps - 20kg
Lunges - 22kg (when bar used)
Shoulders - 2.5kg in each hand / 15kg bar (I also have the weight size issue)

Just for comparison, when I started (going from memory)

Warmup - 10kg
Squats - 15kg
Chest - 10kg
Back - 10kg
Triceps - 7kg
Biceps - 5kg!!! (most women start with more!)
Lunges - 10kg (it felt like murder)
Shoulders - 2.5kg each hand / 5kg bar

Yes, self quote. Just wanted to update here again. It's a good way to see how far you've come.

Warmup - 10kg (now & forever!)
Squats - 60kg! (at my gym this is the max possible without some new equipment)
Chest - 45kg
Back - 30kg
Triceps - 22kg
Biceps - 20kg (still :( )
Lunges - 30kg (when bar used)
Shoulders - 5kg in each hand / 20kg bar (I learned to grip a 5kg, my wrists took some abuse in the process)

Added CX30 to the mix, and I was finally able to do lolasana in Flow. Les Mills is the best.
