Every week when it comes to putting my Attack class together, I get stumped when I get to the running track.
So...

Which ones do you love? Which ones do your members seem to enjoy?

I need inspiration.

Lots of choices, just decide what kind of music and choreo you feel at the moment:

- light and uplifting: In The Heat Of The Night (68), Number 1 (67), When You Leave (66), Rhythm Of The Night (65), Where Is The Love (59), Heat Of The Moment (58 - the only one that features "sweep"), Run To You (47)

- more powerful: Smalltown Boy (54), Right In The Night (53), Silent Running (52), Summer Rain (49), Born To Be Alive (46)

- a bit cheesy (karaoke): All I Ever Wanted (64), Freedom (60), Forever Young (57), Hungry Eyes (48)

- the ones with pendulums / corners: Everybody's Free (63), Paradise & Dreams (62), I Need A Miracle (61), Bad Day (56), Fly Away (51)

- unusual: Sunshine After The Rain (69), Paradise (55), I Was Made For Loving You (50)
Do what you like.
Like what you do.

My all time fav is "I was made for loving you"

Love the unusual traffic cop style :)

My all time favourite is "Bad Day" BA56. How can you have a bad day after doing this track - totally takes the "grumpies" away :)

Thanks guys. It always helps to have a fresh perspective.

I had the best Attack class this morning. On the way to the gym I changed my mind to do "Run to you" from 47. I was in a jumping mood.

In the head of the night, or Rythm of The Night. These are light and cheesy songs.

Also, the last one, Sunshine after the Rain: so uplifting!
