Ahem, yeah, yesterday at the quarterly one of my friends said "Well pump is going to suck no matter what" and I was all "Why?" "Because it's 69...". Yeah, sorry :)

I absolutely loved biceps and shoulders, the music was awesome and inspiring (and yay, both songs are in other programs, too). I really liked back and tricpes, too, good songs, and the squats was fun and challenging. But yeah, what's up with lunges? Where are all the LUNGES?!

Well - there's some just after the stretches, and then there's some on the other leg after the little break, and then there's some stepping ones at the end... aren't you glad you asked?

That said, I'm mixing this week, and I'll be going back to a lunge track that was all lunges again. These innovative little squat things are funky and all that, but it does feel like the track should be called "second legs" or something.

(third legs if you squat enough in the C&P!)

I've finally done this release a few times now and I really like this release! Can't really remember all the tracks but I know I really love some of them, I think it's track 2, 4 and 8 that are my favs. When I eventually get back to teaching pump again I'll definately go back and learn this one!
